Return Process

  Carefully pack the unused cookware in its original eco-friendly packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
