How do I properly season my non-toxic pans?
For cast iron and carbon steel items, we recommend using a high-smoke point oil like grapeseed or flaxseed oil. Detailed care instructions are included with every purchase.

What is your return policy for used cookware?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, though return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Is the cookware dishwasher safe?
While some of our ceramic lines are dishwasher safe, we highly recommend hand-washing all non-toxic cookware to preserve the integrity of the cooking surface and extend its lifespan.
